I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38 — after spending most of my career learning how to manage complexity without realizing that my brain simply worked differently.
When I finally understood what I was solving for, everything changed.
It also inspired me to pursue advanced training in ADHD coaching so I could help others navigate the same path — with more insight and less frustration.
My coaching combines lived experience, behavioral science, and 20 years of leadership expertise to help professionals harness the advantages of ADHD while minimizing the friction it can create.
